How do I go about putting a photograph of myself on my profile. It says on the profile to provide a photo URL?!?!?! Forgive my idiocy, but I am confused...And once I do get that part figured out, which photo of me would be better:

I like the one in the black dress, but at least you are smiling in the wedding picture, as Sam said, and that is rare. The baby one is precious.
You only have a URL on a picture if it is stored somewhere on the Web. For instance, if you use Hello or Picasa or Ebay storage, or maybe Yahoo storage, then you can use the address (URL) to reach the picture. You can upload the picture to your page as a post, then move it to your profile, if that is what you are trying to do.
those pictures are on my yahoo photos...how do I get them from there to my profile?
