Family incisions
Hello, everyone! Thank you, David, for inviting Jim and I to join. I am Pat (Patricia Ann Broadus) Langner, daughter of Wendell Mark Broadus, (Wendell was the brother to Paul, Herbert, and Thoral Broadus) and sister to Jim Broadus. I am a retired Public Health/Pediatric nurse and am a widow, having lost my husband four years ago, and "mother" to a little dog named Theodore Everett Bear, called Teddy, who has saved my sanity. We had been married for 47 years, so it has been an adjustment. I am also a real mother to four sons, all married and 10 grandchildren and am fortunate enough to have them all living within an hour of me. It is really nice to be in touch with all of you.

Thanks for joining the Blog and introducing us to you and your family. I am sorry to hear of the loss of your husband, and I hope you are adjusting well to the loss. Pets can be very theraputic. Do you have a picture of "Teddy" you could post? Most of us have pets that we consider part of the family.
