Welcome Jim Broadus

Please join me in welcoming the newest and surely one of the cutest additions to Encussions, Seth McKinlley Broadus, born February 29, 2004—a Leap Year baby!
Seth is the son of Michael and Carol Broadus, and Michael is the son of James Broadus.
James Broadus (or Jim as we know him) is the son of Wendell and Becky Broadus, and the brother of Patricia Broadus Langner.
Wendell Broadus was the second son of Otis and Pearl Broadus (my paternal grandparents).

Jim enjoyed a long and happy marriage to his wife, Judy. Sadly, Judy passed away five years ago this past April. I know Jim's son and grandson are a great comfort to him.

I have sent Jim an invitation to join and add his own posts if he cares to; meanwhile, I offered to post any pictures he wanted to be on Enscussions. My brother, Edwin, sent Seth's picture which Jim had sent to him. When he asked Jim's permission to post the picture on Enscussions, Jim replied in typical grandfatherly fashion.
