Linea and the Dolphin

My great-niece, Linea Broadus (daughter of Paul and Sharon and granddaughter of Ed and Virgina Broadus), is in college in San Diego studying marine related courses. Linea grew up in La Verne, CA on the inland side of Los Angeles, but her parents tell me if she had her way she would have lived her whole life on the beach.

Linea had the opportunity this summer to work with dolphins in a program with the U. S. Navy. Her father sent some pictures of Linea with the dolphin and she has graciously consented to have them posted on Enscussions.

Looks like one happy person! These are neat pictures. Thanks for sharing.

When you hold a dolphin's fin, is it slippery?

Sometimes, but usually you can get a pretty good hold of it.
